Upland Game Birds
What's the point of this whole pursuit? Delicious birds on your dinner table! Why do
we need passionate bird dogs, an array of shotguns, vehicles that will travel through
the mud, and understanding spouses? Because the tasty little buggers are cagey, quick on the
ground, faster in the air, and live where? In the uplands, of course!
Every upland hunter (and chef) has his or her favorite game bird, but all of the
classic upland birds are household names for a reason. This area of the site
