Game Bird Sauce
Blend all of these ingredients in a bowl, and use the mixture as
either a marinade or sauce for most any game bird meat:
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon Marjoram
- 1/8 teaspoon rosemary
- Teriyaki marinade - just a splash
